Order DNA Test (Private) Order your private test online or call our DNA specialists at
toll-free 800-DNA-EXAM (800-362-3926) to order by phone. Upon order confirmation, a DNASwabTM DNA collection kit will be sent to you.
2. Collect Samples & Return Upon receipt of your DNASwabTM DNA collection kit, you
will collect the appropriate samples using the materials
and instructions provided. Samples should then be returned
to our laboratory.
3. Receive Results
Results are mailed out within 5-7 business days of our
receipt of samples to you designee(s). Copies of results
may be provided via email and/or fax, if and when requested.
