Genetic
Testing
Genetic testing allows the genetic diagnosis of
vulnerabilities to inherited diseases, and can
also be used to determine a person's ancestry.
Normally, every person carries two copies of every
gene, one inherited from their mother; one
inherited from their father. Genetic testing
identifies changes in chromosomes, genes, or
proteins. Most of the time, testing is used to
find changes that are associated with inherited
disorders. |

DNA Test
A genealogical DNA test examines the nucleotides
at specific locations on a person's DNA for
genetic genealogy purposes. The test results are
meant to have no informative medical value and do
not determine specific genetic diseases or
disorders (see possible exceptions in Medical
information below); they are intended only to give
genealogical information. |

has been use in conjugation with several
conjugation chemistries. |

injecting the antigen into a small mammal, such as
a mouse or rabbit and purified for use in
research. |
