How to choose a DNA Testing
Lab
Most importantly, you need to know that all DNA
tests are NOT the same. Our results for inclusions
are guaranteed >99.99% or greater. You want to
know the reputation of the laboratory performing
the testing on your samples and make sure there is
no 3rd party contracting or outsourcing. Not every
paternity testing laboratory runs EVERY DNA test
twice from beginning to end. Most laboratories
only run ONE test, with ONLY exclusions being run
twice. |

DNA Test
A genealogical DNA test examines the nucleotides
at specific locations on a person's DNA for
genetic genealogy purposes. The test results are
meant to have no informative medical value and do
not determine specific genetic diseases or
disorders (see possible exceptions in Medical
information below); they are intended only to give
genealogical information. |
