| Do you wonder if your marriage
is rock solid? Is your loved
one cheating on you? Have
you found a suspicious article
of clothing? The
DNA Identity Testing Center
can provide you conclusive
answers through our DNASLEUTHTM Infidelity Detection
Services. Our services
include Semen
Detection and DNA
Profiling. The semen
detection test is used to
test for the presence of acid
phosphatase, a major constituent
of seminal fluid. If a stain
tests positive for seminal
fluid and sperm is present,
a DNA profile may be obtained.
Using a known reference sample,
a second DNA profile may be
obtained and compared to the
first. We will be able to
determine whether or not the
profiles match .

Services. Results
will be available within
5-7 business days, upon
receipt of your sample(s).

Semen Detection and DNA Profiling of Stain Sample
|
|
This is a presumptive test, which determines the presence of acid phosphatase, a major constituent of seminal fluid. The presence of this enzyme generally indicates that male sexual activity has occurred, however, a false positive may be obtained. Therefore, when a stain tests positive, we will conduct DNA profiling of stain sample.
A DNA Profile is performed to determine if there is DNA in the stain. We determine if a male, female, or mixture has contributed to the DNA in the stain, and if there is more than one person's DNA in the stain. In most cases, one unique DNA profile will be generated from the sample.

DNA Profiling of Known Sample
|
|
DNA sample that you choose and collect using our BIOSWABTM DNA Collection Kit. Once the profile has been generated, our final approach to our DNASLEUTHTM Infidelity Detection Service is the Comparison DNA Profile, in which we will compare the two profiles to establish the donor of the semen or not.
Non-standard samples can also be used as a known sample for profiling at an additional cost ranging from $200 and up. See example of non-standard samples here!

Comparison DNA Profile (Known, reference sample)
|
|
A Comparison DNA Profile is used to compare to the DNA from a unknown stain (semen) with a known DNA sample that you choose and collect using our DNASwabTM DNA Collection Kit.

Types of Services:
During and after a sexual encounter,
bodily secretions are deposited
on a number of items including
clothes, undergarments, discarded
bathroom tissues, toys, bath
towels, couch cushions, condoms
and feminine products, and can
be identifiable for years as
dried stains. Sperm can be detected
in semen stains present on a
variety of materials. Sexually
active women will often have
sperm present in their vaginal
canal immediately following
intercourse, and sperm may be
present up to 3-5 days in this
environment.
We utilize a 3X3
approach (3 tests, 3 strike
outs)
to resolve doubts in
difficult and sensitive situations:
